All of our products are constructed of quality materials. The wooden objects are made primarily of wood cut down on our own land. Fiber from our angora goats is used in some of the weavings and hats.
You can order items that are currently posted on our site and they will arrive to you generally within 5 business days. We welcome custom orders and the time frame for those is generally six weeks from the time that the project has been agreed upon. Custom orders are not exchangable or refundable.
Payment is through PayPal where credit cards will be accepted.
Shipping is via USPS. We do ship outside the United States, but any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. are your responsibility.
Refunds / Exchanges... Please contact us if there is a problem within seven days of receipt of the item. Problems are handed on a case by case basis. Returns will not be refunded or exchanged unless we have been contacted prior to the return. Return shipping cost is not refundable.
